MFC ‘GOLDEN EGG’ INSTANT WIN GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

ENTRY INTO THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 

CONTEST DATES:  The contest will run from February 23, 2026 to April 3, 2026.

 

WHO MAY ENTER:

Marianas Finance Corp. (referred hereafter to as MFC) Golden Egg Giveaway is open to Guam residents aged 18 and older. Any nominee under 18 years of age will be required to have written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Employees of MFC and its respective agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside are not eligible to win.

 

Any submissions made under false pretenses will automatically be disqualified.

 

PRIZES AND CONTEST STRUCTURE:

 

Customers who complete an MFC personal loan application are eligible to instantly win a prize by choosing a “golden egg” and revealing a gift certificate / gift card prize the customer will win instantly.  These gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, are non-transferrable, and are available only while supplies last.  Limit one per customer.

MFC will award instant win prizes to eligible loan applicants, while supplies last.

To be eligible to win, giveaway entrants must apply for a personal loan in person at the Marianas Finance Corp. office located at 825 S. Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam 96913.   Prizes will be awarded to eligible loan applicants, and no prizes will be awarded after all prizes are distributed, or after the end of the promotion date on April 3, 2026, whichever comes first.

 

Only one entry per person will be eligible for entry.  No purchase necessary to enter.  MFC reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of this program at its discretion without notice.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Prize winner will be notified via the customer-provided email address or phone number and announced on the MFC Facebook page.    

 

At the discretion of the selection committee, any winner may be disqualified at the MFC Management’s discretion.  In the event it is determined that a winner has not complied with these terms & conditions, has failed to return any required documents within the specified time period, has made false statements or a prize notification is not claimed, then the assumed winner will be disqualified.

 

PRIZES: 

All prizes will be determined solely by MFC management and will be announced on its website and official Facebook page. MFC management reserves the right to reschedule the contest, modify the entry procedures, cancel the contest or cancel the awarding of prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Winners assume full responsibility for the prize. No purchase necessary to win or nominate a candidate.

 

RELEASES:

By accepting a nomination the candidate agrees to MFC’s use of their personal information and likeness for both online and offline marketing purposes. Winners must agree to photo shoots, video shoots, and interviews as determined by the selection committee.  Winning constitutes permission to use Winners’ names, images, village, likeness, prize won and photograph (all at MFC’s discretion) for future advertising and/or publicity in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
